1. Do you provide us with the transportation?
Yes, usually 4 ways:
Option 1: Express (door to door service). It is fast and convenient for small parcels, delivered via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT...
Option 2: Air cargo (to airport service). It is a cost-effective way if the cargo is over 45kg.
Option 3: Sea-cargo. If the order is not urgent, this is a good choice to save on shipping cost, which takes about one month.
Option 4: DDP sea to door.
And some Asia countries we have land transportation as well.

2. What about the warranty?
When customers receive the goods, please check the condition of the cartons, open and check the defective ones. Only in that way could damages be compensated by the express courier companies. Even though our QC system guarantees quality, defects may also exist. We will provide a 1:1 replacement in that case.

3.What is the delivery time？
Once order is confirmed, delivery will be arranged within 3~5 days. The prepared time of container is longer, please contact our sales for details.
