Ricoh has announced its new IM C8010 and IM C6510 A3 color multifunction printers aimed at centralized office printing and business content delivery. The fast, intuitive new digital copiers combine smart workflow solutions, fast output, and eco-friendly design with enhanced data security.
Delivering output at up to 80 prints per minute, in colour and B&W, plus a fast first print time of as little as 4.7 seconds and just 30 seconds of warm-up, the IM C8010/C6510 are no-nonsense, reliable copiers designed for high-volume business use, with a maximum paper capacity of 8,100 sheets plus continuous printing. They also offer high-quality, high-resolution output of up to 4800 x 1200 dpi and long-sheet printing to 1260mm for professional documents and marketing materials. Scanning also benefits from a high-speed single-pass duplex feeder, cranking along up to 300ipm, plus AI-based image correction for improved accuracy. Both devices also feature an intuitive, 10.1-inch smart touch panel helpdesk interface with customized workflows and secure user access for better control.
According to the manufacturer’s account, sustainability, too, is catered for: “Making sure your work is kinder to the planet, new models use recycled material and low-power consumption through Sleep Mode as low as 0.5W means your printing is helping you ‘go green’.”
Security highlights include RiNeo updates for new user authentication to the latest standards: “No longer a tick box, security language and features including TLS 1.3, TPM 2.0, and WPA3 protect data and IP.”
